Building
Software for problems I kept running into.
Most of these started as a fix for one brand, then a script I reused for the next, then something worth doing properly.

OrderCtrl
WooCommerceTracking, returns, order edits, package protection, and subscription changes in one branded portal.
Why: On every Woo store I ran, post-purchase lived in five different plugins and most support tickets were some version of "where's my order?" OrderCtrl puts all of it in one place for the customer and the team.

Blindspot
KlaviyoReviews your Klaviyo account and ranks every fix by what it's worth.
Why: I kept rebuilding the same segments and auditing the same flows for every brand. Blindspot does that review on a schedule and puts a dollar value next to each fix.

ThemeSync
ShopifyPreview, test, and ship Shopify themes, with client comments pinned to the page.
Why: Theme previews that expire, feedback scattered across email and Slack, and no history on the live theme. ThemeSync is the workflow I wanted for Keytactic's own builds.

ImportKit
ShopifyThe hard Shopify imports, like metafields, metaobjects, and blog posts, checked row by row.
Why: Every replatforming project hits the same wall: structured content that Shopify's importer can't handle. ImportKit walks through it step by step and validates every row first.

homerun
HomeChores, the family calendar, and groceries on one screen the whole house can see.
Why: Not commerce, same instinct. Running a household is an operations problem, and nothing I tried made it feel simple.
