👋 I’m Mo Hassan, an entrepreneur and growth strategist with over a decade of experience building and scaling DTC eCommerce brands. From founding my own agency to leading the digital transformation & growth at multi-million-dollar companies, everything I do is driven by a passion for growth, customer experience, and hands-on problem-solving.
As the son of an immigrant cab driver, I learned early on the value of resilience, determination, and hard work. These core values have shaped my career, guiding me through challenges and driving me to build systems, teams, and businesses that thrive. My journey began with a deep love for technology, building online forums for video games in high school, and has since expanded into leading eCommerce operations for some of the most exciting brands in the world.
- Launched CANN’s eCommerce site in just two weeks, contributing to millions in revenue and rapid growth.
- Led NJOY’s digital transformation, migrating customer service to Salesforce ServiceCloud, and developing custom apps to improve store and B2B customer onboarding.
- Founded Keytactic, an eCommerce agency that worked with 15+ DTC brands, solving complex challenges and driving sustainable growth.
- Currently CTO at hi Seltzers, where I’m focused on building the next wave of next-gen beverages and scaling the business through digital & marketing innovation.
I believe that real growth comes from building—whether that’s a digital product, a team, or an entire business. What excites me most is creating something from the ground up and watching it scale. My approach is rooted in a customer-first mindset, blending creativity and technical expertise to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that enhance the customer experience.
In addition to my role as CTO at hi Seltzers, I’m developing a SaaS tool that improves order tracking and post-purchase resolutions for DTC brands. This project is born out of my passion for optimizing the customer experience and using technology to solve real business problems.
When I’m not building, you’ll find me tending to my plants, biking (though less frequently since leaving NYC), or spending time with my wife and two cats. I’m always up for a conversation about growth, technology, or even plants—reach out if you want to chat!
